The Upper With Removeable Stepped Cornice Above A Line-Inlaid Frieze, Above A Pair Of Line-Inlaid, Glazed Doors Opening To Adjustable Shelves. The Lower Projecting Case Fitted With A Desk Drawer Having A Leather Tooled Inset. And Pigeonholes And Small, Drawers Above Three Graduated Line-Inlaid Drawers, Ending In A Line-Inlaid Skirt, Raised On Cut-Out Bracket Feet. W. 40 1/2" D. 22" H. 90" England, Circa 1790-1810

Attributed To Abiel White, Weymouth, Massachusetts (1766-1844), The Bowed Front With Inlaid Edge Above Four Graduated Inlaid And Beaded Drawers, Retaining The Original Oval Brasses And Having Inlaid Escutcheons And Bellflowers. Raised On Simple Tall Arched Bracket Feet. Attribution Makes This Chest A True Find! H. 35 3/4" W. 39" D. 23 3/4"

The Waist With A Shaped And Molded Long Door, Flanked By Similar Columns, Above A Molded Base And Raised On A Cut-Out Stepped Plinth. H. 94"

Cherry Chippendale Secretary Bookcase The Molded Broken Arch Ending In Carved Rosettes And Flanking Spiral Turned Finials, Above A Pair Of Serpentine Doors Opening To A Fitted Interior Flanked By Fluted Columns On Molded Plinths. Lower Section Having A Slant-Lid Opening To Various Drawers And Pigeon Holes, Having A Slide Suppor Above Serpentine Inlaid Drawers, Raised On Ogee Bracket Feet. This Stately Example, Retains A Beautiful Color With Antique Brasses, But Not The Original, Condition Is Very Good With Only Minor Restorations.
